Does anyone have any statistics on penalty shootout in English domestic football, such as in the playoffs & cup games? Data such as the games where they occurred, the shootout scores and the score/miss orders? This data seems very hard to find.

Thanks, I was aware I was just wandering if anyone had this data in one place rather than having to figure out which games were decided by a shootout & then looking then up.
